Carole M. Boyer - President/CEO

Carole M. Boyer, President, Global Trading Partners NA,
Inc. was employed in various management positions in Corporate
Purchasing and Strategic Sourcing Divisions and Departments with
major Fortune 100 companies such as the E. I. Du Pont Company, Wyeth
Pharmaceuticals, and Novartis Consumer Health. Carole was responsible
for both direct and indirect spend. Her areas of expertise include
strategic sourcing, project management, material analysis, organization
planning, team building and leadership, new product launches, contract
negotiation and management, staff development, e-commerce, Internet
negotiations and supplier relations. Carole holds a BS in Business
Administration.
During her corporate career, Carole was responsible for major contract
negotiations for millions of dollars. Her leadership abilities enabled
her to lead synergistic strategic sourcing projects for Gerber and
other business units within these organizations. These projects
were worldwide and commodity specific. Her knowledge and utilization
of quality tools combined together with project management, problem
solving techniques and leadership skills influenced the bottom line
effectively and positively.
The range of experience and qualifications acquired during this
time enabled Carole to reposition and redirect this knowledge to
the Export/Import business. Global Trading Partners NA, Inc. was
co-founded by Carole and her partner Bill Boyer.
Carole has presented to CODECS, Bucharest,
Romania, many Romanian Businesses, and the U.S. Small Business Administration
at the U.S. Export Assistance Center, Philadelphia and Rutgers University.
These presentations have addressed: American Business Culture, teamwork,
leadership, purchasing, marketing, and quality, customer service,
business re-engineering and a myriad of other topics pertaining
to business.
H. William Boyer - Chief Financial
Officer/CFO
Bill is Co-founder of Global Trading Partners and Chief Financial
Officer (CFO). He has extensive experience in Equipment Design
and Development, Project Management and Equipment Industrial Engineering
with Fortune 100 companies. He was Plant Manager for several Printing
Ink Manufacturing companies. He also held the position
as Director of Business Development with an International Patent
Development Company.
